Ricky brings a multi-sector commercial background spanning consumer finance, marketing, design and manufacturing. Across the Place Co group, he has helped establish several of its verticals, giving him first-hand command of the integrated delivery model.
Within Cove Haus, Ricky now leads capital strategy and investor relations, having built strong relationships across HNW networks and established family offices.
Tom leads Cove Haus with a focus on raising and deploying equity capital into development opportunities, applying a disciplined and aligned approach. With a background in structured property finance and private credit, he brings a strong commercial understanding of capital structuring.
